A jobsite camera that files every photo under the right job
Jobsite photos usually end up in someone's camera roll, mixed in with family pictures, and nobody can find the one from three weeks ago when a customer calls. JobSnap has its own camera. A photo taken there goes straight to the job it belongs to, where the whole team can see it.
Open the camera, take the picture
- The job is already picked. When you open the camera, JobSnap selects the nearest job. Tap the job name at the top to switch if you're shooting for a different one.
- One tap from anywhere. The camera sits in the bottom bar of the app, next to Home and Chat.
- Add photos you already took. Upload pictures from your phone's gallery to a job when the shot was taken outside the app.
One gallery for the whole team
The Photos app shows every picture your team has taken, newest first. Filter it by job or by the person who took the photo. You can also search by what is in the picture, with words like "fence" or "concrete pour", and JobSnap finds the matching photos without anyone having tagged them.
Mark up a photo and send it
Open a photo and draw on it: pen, arrows, rectangles, ovals and text, in a few colours and sizes. Save the marked-up version as a copy, or replace the original. Select several photos at once and share them with a customer, an inspector or a supplier from your phone's share sheet.
Receipts and documents with the same camera
Switch the camera to receipt mode and take a picture of a receipt. JobSnap reads the vendor and the line items and attaches the receipt to the job. The built-in document scanner squares up paper documents and saves them to the job too.
Where photos show up
Each job keeps its own photos, alongside the notes and daily logs for that site. The hours behind the work are on the timesheets, and the camera is included in the same $5 per employee price as everything else.
